Frank was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa where he attended Drake University. He was inducted in to the Armed Forces where he served in the US Army during the Vietnam era. Upon receiving his honorable discharge from the Army he returned to work as the Assistant Manager of the Payroll Department at Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. In 1973 he left Firestone to begin his career in real estate. By 1976 Frank was among the top producing agents in the industry. In 1997 Frank and his wife, Janet, decided to move west to take advantage of the great lifestyle and warm weather offered in the Phoenix area. Within a short time he had again achieved high levels of production and is considered one of the top agents in his field.

Understanding the value of quality education and excellence in the profession, Frank has achieved designation as a Certified Residential Specialist, Graduated of the Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyer Representative. He has been awarded Coldwell Banker's prestigious President's Circle Award, the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Award, and Coldwell Banker's Customer Service Award for excellence in the area of client care. He has been an instructor in real estate practices and ethics, and served as a mentor to many new real estate agents.

Frank and his wife, Janet, reside in Chandler, A Z and have 5 adult children and 11 grandchildren. Since three of their children and 8 of their grandchildren still live in Iowa, they visit the Midwest 3 or 4 times each year. While they enjoy their visits to the heartland, they are proud to call the Valley of the Sun home.
