However, Frank's service did not end there.  When the sellers became upset that their property did not appraise at what they "thought" it was worth, Frank used his considerable persuasive skills to persuade the Buyer's agent to accept what was a fair offer.  Frank's experience empowered him to add certain creative "out of the box" thinking to the offer to save the deal.  I doubt few agents could have brought this deal home.  At all times, my wife and I thought Frank always had our best interests at heart.  Please keep in mind that when this deal was about to fall apart, we were almost out of time in AZ.  Frank put our interests above his commission. 

 After the deal was completed, Frank did not disappear.  Since we could not take possession for several weeks, Frank brought over a lamp and set up a timer for some added security.  Frank was over to the house the first day we arrived to see that we were settled and to answer any questions.  Frank even helped me with some initial job hunting.  At the end of the day, Frank did more than was required as an agent.  For this, my family and I are grateful.

 Frank continues to send us valuable information and is a resource for our family.  I consider him both a friend and that trusted advisor I mentioned earlier.  I am proud to recommend Frank Hanson to anyone who is looking for real estate in this area.  His experience is surpassed only by his integrity.
